What to do?
First things first exercise is key! you must get your body used to at least one hour of exercise a day in order to see results. Buy a gym membership, and be sure to check your endurance provider they may cover it! Exciting right? Its simple, online if you look up plans for the gym it will list hundreds. They will look some thing like this.
- 5 Minutes Cardio.
- Squats.
- Five more minutes of Cardio.
- Lunges.
- Again, 5 Minutes of Cardio.
- Push ups.
- You got it, 5 more minutes of Cardio.
- Lat. Pull Down.
- Last 5 Minutes of Cardio.
- Core.
Second thing! Your Diet! Change your shopping list, go right now! Walk to the fridge where you hang the piece of paper that reminds you to buy the candy and Oreo's that you recently ran out of the next time you hit the local market! Crumple it up and throw it away you don't need that stuff! Remember put good in get good out!
Make your shopping list look like this!
Grains
Whole-grain or oat breakfast cereal (Cheerios, Kashi cereals, Grape Nuts)
Whole-wheat or whole-grain bread
Whole-wheat pasta
Refrigerated Items
Eggs
Feta cheese, low-fat
Milk, skim or low-fat soy
Orange or grapefruit juice (100%) with pulp
Part-skim mozzarella cheese
Yogurt with active cultures (probiotic), low-fat
Sour cream, low-fat
Poultry/Fish
Chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
Chicken thighs, skinless
Deli meat, sliced and skinless (not processed cold cuts)
Salmon fillets, skinless
Frozen Food
Blueberries and raspberries, frozen and unsweetened
Fruit sorbet
Vanilla frozen yogurt, nonfat or low-fat
Misc.
Never to many fruits and veggies! look for low fat items stay away from soda! get 100% juice instead
Most importantly of all know this will be hard but remember even more that YOU CAN DO THIS! its in your hands now. Go out and be healthy. Go get the body you want and say good bye to the one you have.
